Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alors on Danse AI (“we”, “us”) for the use of this website and service (the “Service”). By signing in, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service lets you upload two photos and receive a short AI-generated video in the style of a popular online trend. Videos are produced by third-party AI models, so results vary: we cannot guarantee a particular likeness, quality or outcome, and some generations may fail.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy credits.
• You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts or credits.

Consent of the people in your photos

Each photo you upload shows a real person. Before uploading, you must have the right to use the photo and the permission of every person shown in it to be turned into a video, and, for anyone under 18, the permission of their parent or guardian. You are responsible for obtaining this consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• shows anyone without their consent, or is used to bully, harass, humiliate or intimidate someone;
• is sexual or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
• is hateful, violent, defamatory or illegal, or infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonates a real person to deceive, defraud or mislead others, including political or public figures;
• is presented as real footage rather than AI-generated content.

You also agree not to probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass its limits or payment, or use it to build a competing product. Uploaded photos may be automatically screened by our AI provider, and we may refuse, remove or block content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content and the videos

• You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them, and to send them to our providers, solely to provide the Service to you.
• Subject to these terms, you may download and share the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting them on your own social media accounts.
• The music, choreography and format of the original sketch may belong to third parties. Videos are not licensed for commercial use — do not use them in advertising, paid promotions, or products you sell.
• When you share a video, label it as AI-generated, using the platform's label where one exists.

Credits, prices and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits: 1 credit = 1 video. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on the website, in US dollars.
• Packs are not subscriptions and never renew. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' terms.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you have already bought are not affected.

Refund policy

• If a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com with the email address you used to pay.
• Credits that have already been used to generate a video are not refundable, because the AI processing cost has been incurred. If a video came out clearly broken (for example, no video or a corrupted file), contact us and we will review it.
• If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. By using a credit to generate a video, you ask us to supply digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that credit.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.

Takedown requests

If you believe a video made with the Service uses your likeness without consent or infringes your rights, email ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com with the details and we will investigate promptly.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. If we shut the Service down permanently, we will refund unused credits bought in the previous 12 months. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; credits on accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. This is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Stromae, Jamel Debbouze, any record label, or any other rights holder.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from content you upload or share, or from your breach of these terms, including claims by people shown in your photos.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify signed-in users on the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
